Pick-up & Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–8 business days. During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
We are offering a few options for obtaining your items from us:
- You can pick up your items at our pick up location at check-out.
- You can contact us and see about local hand-off. We're out in the community a lot and we like to meet our customers and contributors. If you're local, we might be able to arrange a hand-off if it works for everyone.
- We're offering delivery through USPS. After your item is finished, we'll take it to the post office and mail it to you.
